About Gulfcrest

Show the homeowner the roof

Most people never see their own roof up close. Every Gulfcrest job, from a pipe-boot repair to a full re-roof, is built around showing you what we see, in photos, before you decide anything.

Who we are

A Tampa Bay roofer with one habit

Gulfcrest Roofing replaces and repairs roofs on homes across Tampa Bay, from mid-century ranch houses in Brandon to bungalows in South Tampa and Mediterranean-style homes in St. Petersburg. We work on shingle, metal, tile and flat roofs, and we answer our own phone.

The habit is simple: photograph everything. Every inspection, repair and replacement produces a dated record of the roof before, during and after the work. It keeps our crews honest, it gives you something solid to show an insurer or a buyer, and it means a quote is never just a number scribbled on the back of a card.

Living on the Gulf coast also shapes how we build. Roofs here face long months of sun, salt air, daily summer storms and the occasional hurricane, so we treat wind-code fastening, flashing and water barriers as the main event, not the fine print.

How we work

Photos, not promises

Dated photo reports after every visit, so you see the problem and the fix with your own eyes.

Prices in writing

A fixed written price with decking listed per sheet. If something changes, you see the photos before you see a bill.

Leave it cleaner

Tarps over landscaping, magnetic sweeps for nails, and a driveway you would be happy to park on at the end of each day.

One lead, start to finish

The person who quotes is on your roof

Every job has a project lead who inspects the roof, writes the scope, is on site each working day and walks the finished roof with you. You get their direct number, not a ticket number.

Licensing and insurance

Check us before you hire us

In Florida, roofing contractors must hold a state roofing license, and you can look it up yourself online. We encourage every customer to check any roofer’s license and insurance before signing anything.
