Before, after and everything between

Slide across each project to compare the roof before and after the work. Every real job comes with the same thing you see here: a clear record of what was wrong and what we did.

Project list

These are illustrated sample projects for this demo website. On a live site, each slider uses the roofer’s own before-and-after photos. Drag the handle, or focus it and use the arrow keys.

Shingle re-roof, South Tampa

Scope
Tear-off, 6 decking sheets replaced, new underlayment and pipe boots

Worn shingles, repeated wind damage
After
Standing-seam metal panels in dark grey
Scope
Tear-off, new synthetic underlayment, panels, trim and ridge
On site
6 working days

Tile repair, St. PetersburgIllustrated sample project

Tile repair, St. Petersburg

Storm tile repair with matched tiles

A Mediterranean-style home lost a scatter of tiles in a storm. The underlayment was still sound, so a repair made more sense than a new roof.

Before
Missing and broken tiles, exposed underlayment
After
Tiles replaced and color-matched, slipped tiles reset
Scope
Underlayment patched where exposed, 40 tiles replaced
On site
1 working day

Your project

Start with the inspection

Every project above began the same way: a free inspection, a photo report and a written price. You decide whether to go ahead with nothing to sign on the day.

Whether it is a re-roof, a repair or storm damage, the report gives you a clear picture of what the roof needs now and what can wait.
